James has worked in the logistics and transport sector for nearly 20 years. He spent 15 years with the Freight Transport Association in the UK as a consultant and manager, and represented the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport working on the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, where he wrote Version 4 of the FORS Standard and held the position of Governance Manager.
He became President of the European Transport Training Association (EuroTra) between 2011 and 2014, having responsibility for the interests of some of the largest transport training providers in Europe, and was an advisor to the European Commission as part of their ESCO project.
He designed new instructor material for RTITB in the UK, as part of the their successful Master DCPC Consortium and continues to develop engaging interactive training courses for customers and other training providers.
Engineering Consultant and Training Instructor
Kevin has spent over 25 years in the fleet industry, building a reputation for reliable expertise in vehicle engineering and fleet management.
After spending a considerable time working in the parcels sector, Kevin became the Fleet Technical Manager for the Royal Mail between 2001-2006, supporting 143 fleet workshops. In 2006 he moved to Tesco, becoming the Fleet Engineering Manager and in 2009 Kevin was made the Fleet Technical Officer at the London Fire Brigade.
Kevin is responsible for engineering assignments, particularly focusing on vehicle mechanics, inspections and component failure. He also provides training to school leavers, mechanics and technicians.
Shane has been delivering high level support for education in the fleet sector for over 10 years, working at the UK sector skills body, Skills for Logistics and later as the Director of Professional Development at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

With over 20 years' industry experience, Davina is an engaging and approachable professional who focuses on compliance, accreditation and training.
Davina's career started in 1997 when she joined the FTA as a tachograph analyst. After a few years providing advice and guidance on driver's hours and tachograph regulation she joined the training division as a Training Instructor for road freight and passenger transport. Her reputation for delivering engaging training stood her in good stead, with many delegates going on to gain their Transport Manager CPC as a result of Davina's ability to provide clear, supportive tuition.
In 2009 she left her role with FTA and become a freelance consultant, initially delivering operator licence compliance support. In 2010 she added to her skills by becoming an approved FORS auditor, which at the time was delivered by FTA.
Davina continues to support companies to maintain compliance standards in line with operator licensing, and delivers solutions for those seeking to gain a range of industry-specific accreditation schemes.
